The chemical treatment of internal water in boiler systems requires a unique combination of chemical knowledge and experience. APPLIED SPECIALTIES’ treatment programs help clean and maintain boilers by utilizing chelates, polymers and/or phosphates for optimum hardness reaction and sludge conditioning. Foam control agents are included to prevent surging or carryover. Oxygen scavengers are utilized to protect the boiler from corrosion.
