Applied Specialties’ emulsion breakers are designed for separating oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions in industrial process and waste streams. These products have been formulated to provide a broad range of specific additives which function economically in splitting tenacious emulsions of a widely varied nature. One ASI series is specifically designed to function well in refinery, petrochemical and steel mill oil recovery and waste treatment systems. Application of these products by Applied Specialties’ service engineers results in economic recovery of waste oil and waste water streams—rendering them suitable for direct discharge in many areas of the country.
